Blake Carter

Blake is a native Austinite and Texan.

Growing up, real estate was the family business. Now, Blake has dedicated his entire professional life, 8+ years, to the real estate industry where he works as both an agent and property manager. Three years ago, he went to work investing in his own real estate deals - both big and small. Since he began investing, he has been party to the sale of the most expensive multifamily purchase in the history of Texas and flipped a tiny condo outside of the city.

He is the co-owner of CRIBS and oversees all of the sales, remodeling and construction within the CRIBS portfolio.
