Jeremy Courtney

Director of Operations and Property Management

Jeremy is also a native Austinite and Texan.

Jeremy began in multifamily real estate and now holds 8 years of experience in Property Management and Interior Design. Most recently, in a leadership capacity with San Miguel Management where he led a massive $15,200,000 occupied renovation on over 600 units.

He acts as an owner-operator of CRIBS full-time. He oversees all of the design projects and operations of the company. He is currently overseeing and managing over 33 individual properties within the CRIBS portfolio.
