They offered us 2 other options to stay at, both being in an apartment complex and not a house like the original listing, as well as smaller and cheaper. I had to ask for a refund of the price difference as they did not offer that when giving us the new stay. When we got there to check in, the keypad did not work with the code they said would work. We got in super late so I guess no one was in the office to answer messages and therefore we had to go get a hotel room for the night. We then had to go through hoops to find the number to call so they could fix the keypad and issue ANOTHER refund for not being able to get in. The neighborhood is sketchy. Someone cut the lock and stole our cooler from the bed of our truck and of course they don’t have cameras like it says in the listing so we had to file a police report. Overall my worst airbnb stay" (4/5)
