Thank you! *The yard is fully fenced in.

Guest limits: This property has a guest limit of 8 standard and 16 maximum. Extra guest fees apply beyond standard occupancy.

Maintenance: This property has regularly scheduled pool maintenance/cleaning every Monday & Friday.

The location is not too far from our destination of UT Austin.  The host was very communicative and helpful to everything we needed.  The only recall is that I didnt know that it was two seperate houses but it worked oit because 2 families were able to have their own house and accommodations.  We were so blessed that thr price was right on our weekend.  Place was clean, had enough towels and everything that we needed.  A pool, big enough hot tub, volleyball court, game room, 2 kitchens surround sound, it was awesome. A home away from home.  It was definitely a good find." (10/5)
