With four bedrooms and 2 full baths, there’s space to comfortably accommodate 10 people. 2 on each bed in the bedrooms, and a sofa in the living room and game room.

Each additional bedroom offers resort level comfort. Three bedrooms share the large hall bath. The living space is large and accommodating.

The outdoor amenities are just as spectacular, with plenty of seating offering both a lounge area around the fire pit. The sunny backyard also features a private grill and fun games. PLUS - a private reading/lounging nook in the back yard.

**If there's any extra trash that doesn’t fit in the bins (which can sometimes happen after gatherings), it may need to be removed separately, and there could be an additional charge. To help avoid any extra fees, we kindly ask that all trash fits securely inside the provided bins.**

Please ensure that all waste is disposed of in the correct bins. Placing trash in recycling or compost containers will result in a fine to cover the cost of a haul-off.

There were just a few things that would have made the stay more comfortable. We could have used more towels for our group, as well as additional silverware — there weren’t quite enough forks and spoons for everyone at dinner. The kitchen was functional, but it didn’t have any baking sheets, which made cooking a little tricky. Also the fire pit outside did not work. 

The seating setup in the main living/dining area could also be improved. The dining table was on the smaller side for a group, and one of the couches wasn’t very comfortable for relaxing in the evenings.

With a few small adjustments, this would easily be a five-star stay. We still enjoyed our time and appreciate the host’s hospitality!" (8/5)
