However, there were several issues during our visit that significantly impacted our experience. The pool heater was not working therefore the water was freezing, the fireplace was not operational, the hot tub was not usable, and the refrigerator ice maker did not work. Additionally, there was a broken bar stool in the kitchen, a missing remote in the downstairs master bedroom which prevented use of the TV, and a light fixture that fell from the ceiling (a handyman did repair this during our stay). While we still enjoyed the home overall, these issues affected the amenities we specifically booked the property for." (8/5)
