A poker table is available for guest use; however, it is stored in the supply closet. If you would like to use the poker table during your stay, please send a request at least 48 hours before check-in so our team can prepare and make it accessible for you.

Enjoy effortless arrivals and departures with private driveway parking for up to four vehicles, complemented by ample street parking for additional guests. Designed with convenience in mind, the property offers easy access and flexibility, ideal for larger groups and seamless day-to-day travel.

• Please be advised that the mailbox is strictly for the owner's access only. Kindly make alternative arrangements for receiving your mail.

If there's any extra trash that doesn’t fit in the bins (which can sometimes happen after gatherings), it may need to be removed separately, and there could be an additional charge. To help avoid any extra fees, we kindly ask that all trash fits securely inside the provided bins.

Please ensure that all waste is disposed of in the correct bins. Placing trash in recycling or compost containers will result in a fine to cover the cost of a haul-off.

Important Notice – Pool Equipment

For safety and maintenance reasons, guests are strictly prohibited from handling or adjusting any pool equipment at any time. This includes, but is not limited to, pumps, filters, heaters, control panels, and any related systems.

Tampering with or operating pool equipment can cause damage, disrupt scheduled maintenance, and pose safety risks.
A $500 fine will be applied if any guest is found to have interfered with the pool equipment.

Pool heating is available upon request for an additional fee of $100 per day. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to add this so we can ensure the pool is heated prior to your arrival.

• Projector: If you wish to use he projector you need to inform us in advance before your check in date.
• Propane is provided as a courtesy. However, if the tank is empty upon arrival or runs out during your stay, refilling or replacing it is the guest’s responsibility.
