Located in a quiet, rural area just 11 miles from Rodeo Austin or Giga Texas and 25 minutes from downtown Austin, this well-appointed home was recently stripped down to the studs and newly constructed - every inch is brand new including 4 bathrooms and the kitchen. With its private guesthouse and outdoor oasis, this relaxed retreat has practically everything you need for a wonderful vacation and refreshing change-of-scenery, including:

• Washer and dryer in the main house with detergent and dryer sheets provided

Other things to note
Please remember to treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP but there is no one living on site 24/7.

This home is located in a rural area, which offers a peaceful and natural setting. However, due to the surrounding environment, occasional sightings of insects and bugs, especially during certain seasons, are common. While we do our best to keep the home clean and pest-controlled, a few critters may still find their way inside. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the charm of this countryside escape!

Please be advised that the mailbox is strictly for the owner's access only. Kindly make alternative arrangements for receiving your mail.

If there's any extra trash that doesn’t fit in the bins (which can sometimes happen after gatherings), it may need to be removed separately, and there could be an additional charge. To help avoid any extra fees, we kindly ask that all trash fits securely inside the provided bins.

Please note that the fireplace is not functional until further notice.

Please ensure that all waste is disposed of in the correct bins. Placing trash in recycling or compost containers will result in a fine to cover the cost of a haul-off.

Please note that propane is provided as a courtesy for guest use; however, refilling the propane tank is not the responsibility of the host. If the tank runs out during your stay, guests may choose to exchange or refill it at their own convenience.
