The team ensures the pool is serviced regularly each week. ★★★★IMPORTANT NOTE★★★★ The pool at this property cannot be heated, and heating is not permitted. The system at the home is not designed to support pool heating, and attempting to activate it could potentially cause damage to the equipment. If the pool heater is turned on or used at any point during the stay, there will be a minimum $500 charge due to the associated costs and potential impact on the system. Trash & Recycling If you have more trash than the bins can hold (which can sometimes happen after gatherings), please remove the excess separately. Additional fees may apply if trash is left outside the bins. To avoid extra charges, kindly ensure all waste fits securely inside the provided containers. Please also make sure to use the correct bins for trash, recycling, and compost. Any items placed in the wrong bin may result in a fine to cover removal costs. Please note that propane is provided as a courtesy for guest use; however, refilling the propane tank is not the responsibility of the host. If the tank runs out during your stay, guests may choose to exchange or refill it at their own convenience. Fire Pit Notice The fire pit is currently unavailable until further notice.
