Perfect for reunions, retreats, and getaways Your cabin is 3 Bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens, and a pull out sofa in the living room). Sleeps up to 8 guests. Rollaway beds available on request. Inside blends bright, comfortable design with plenty of space for families or groups. Windows frame Hill Country views, perfect for enjoying a Texas sunrise or sunset. The primary bathroom offers a walk-in shower and soaking tub, and the kitchen is stocked with vacation essentials, and coffee pot and grounds. Washer and dryer are in-unit. Step out to your patio, ideal for coffee, conversation, and stargazing under the Hill Country night sky. The cabins do not have fenced in backyards. Your cabin is completely private for your group. You’ll also have full access to all shared amenities. Shared community pool, wood-burning fire pits, hammocks, picnic areas, and yard games. Events and gatherings are welcome in your cabin or community areas with prior approval. Free parking for 2 vehicles is included. Self-check-in makes arrival easy, and our team is just a message or call away if you need anything during your stay. Most guests arrive by car to explore the Texas Hill Country at their own pace. We’re about 1 hour from both Austin-Bergstrom International Airport and San Antonio International Airport. Each cabin includes free parking for 2 vehicles. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are available locally, and our central location makes day trips to Hill Country attractions easy. Pets stay free! Quiet hours are 10 p.m.–7 a.m. to keep the property peaceful for all guests. Parties and events are welcome with prior approval. As part of a dark-sky community, we keep outdoor lighting low for incredible stargazing! Please be mindful that we’re on a septic system. No smoking on the property.

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Cribs Consulting will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Cribs Consulting will match it.
