Inside and out, this home features a classic lake house design with modern touches and blue and white colors throughout. The open concept living, dining, and kitchen area is a highlight of the home with ample seating for your whole group to gather between couches surrounding the smart tv, barstool seating around the kitchen counter, and the dining table which fits up to 10. Just off this space is the game room, sure to entertain, with pool table, air hockey, arcade games, and another large screen tv. Back in the kitchen, stainless steel appliances, wide countertops, farmhouse sink, and cookware create a well-equipped space for all your food preparation needs. An additional wet bar is tucked into the corner of this level of home for easy drink preparation, and this entire level of the home has easy access onto the home’s first balcony with grill station, outdoor sectional and dining table, and of course, direct views of the lake. Another deck area is built out over the water. Here you can soak up some sun or choose to open the large umbrella to enjoy some shade. This deck is furnished with lounge chairs, more outdoor dining/drinking space, as well as the spacious hot tub where you can take in sunset views over the lake. Head downstairs to the sparkling waterfront pool or down to the lake itself. The home’s uppermost balcony is accessible via the bedrooms on the top floor. This magnificent home sleeps up to 18 guests between 10 beds and 5 bedrooms: - Bedroom #1 is furnished to sleep many with 3 sets of bunk beds, 2 bunk beds are Queen over Queen and the other is a twin over twin. This room has a tv and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. - Bedroom #2 has a king size bed, smart tv, ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo, and direct balcony access with lake views. - Bedroom #3 has a queen size bed, smart tv, ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo, and direct balcony access with lake views. - Bedroom #4 is the primary suite with king size bed, smart tv, seating area, and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and massive walk-in shower. Enjoy lake views from the room’s seating area or head onto the balcony with direct outdoor access. - Bedroom #5 has a queen size bed, desk space overlooking the lake, and smart tv. THINGS TO NOTE: - The home has an additional half-bathroom off the main living area. - Parking space provided in the driveway. - Washer and dryer in unit. - Guests have access to use the 2 white floating jet ski docks as well as tie up boat to pier or boat dock as long as it will fit along the pier or boat dock. The boat and jet ski at the property are the owners and not for guest use. No boat slip available for guest use. Boat rentals are available near by in Kingsland. Lake LBJ is a consistent level lake and great for boating year round. Public boat ramp and trailer parking available at Kingsland Community Park - 150 Williams Drive in Kingsland for a $10.00 fee This premier location gives access to all things Kingsland and Burnet County. With the home being directly on Lake Lyndon B. Johnson (Lake LBJ), guests can enjoy water sports and activities right from the property. Lake LBJ empties into the Colorado River nearby, giving you direct access to even larger waterways and several waterfront restaurants. There are boat rentals in the area including Lake LBJ Yacht Club and Marina, a 25-minute drive away. Other notable locations nearby include Perissos Vineyards which is 10 minutes away with breathtaking views and personal wine tastings, and Legends Golf Course, also 10 minutes away. If you want to venture further, the thriving city of Austin is about 75 minutes away making for an easy day trip to explore a unique urban culture. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee. Other things to note This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival. Car is your best bet. Bicycle will get you into town. Please note that the hot tub is not available to use until further notice.
