Starlight Horizon is a community of 14 private cabins. 13 of our Cabins are 3 bed, 2 bath, and can sleep 7-8 per cabin. One of our Cabins is 1 bed, 1 bath with private yard and hot tub (Cabin R). This listing is for all 14 Cabins together on 5 acres. Reach out regarding events and groups. We love hosting weddings, reunions, retreats, and more. Pets are welcome and stay free. This is a full property takeover. 14 cabins designed with bright finishes, well-stocked kitchens & eclectic charm. Sleep up to 100 guests with space for gathering & privacy. Shared amenities include a pool, fire pits, hammocks, terraces & yard games. Ideal for multi-day events where everyone can stay together while still having private space. You’ll have exclusive use of all 14 cabins & access to every space booked out for just your group. There will be no one else on property when you book the entire property. Enjoy the pool, fire pits, hammocks, terraces & yard games. Each cabin has its own parking. The property is only accessible by car. Driving is recommended, although Uber and Lyft are available for rides at the cabins. Starlight Horizon is a Dark Skies Community, so it is intentionally low lighting in order to see the stars. Flashlights are provided in your cabin for your safety and navigation. While each cabin at Starlight Horizon Canyon Lake can sleep up to 8 people total, it is most comfortable up to 7 due to the 4th bed in each cabin being either a sleeper sofa OR futon. Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Cribs Consulting will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Cribs Consulting will match it.
