🛏️ Secondary Suite: A quiet, beautifully appointed retreat with a plush mattress, premium linens, custom storage, and an ensuite bath.
🕵️ The Secret Room: A hidden architectural space featuring a Queen Murphy bed, built-in desk with a monitor screen, dedicated speakers, and massage tables.
🛌 Additional Sleeping: Flexible accommodations arranged in the living/lounge areas to comfortably host up to 8 guests.

From Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS):
Distance: ~10 miles (approx. 15–20 minutes by car or rideshare).
Route: Take TX-71 W to US-183 N / I-35 N, exiting toward Downtown/South Congress to enter the Bouldin Creek neighborhood.

Walking & Biking:
South Congress (SoCo): ~5–10 minute walk.
Downtown Austin & Lady Bird Lake: ~15–20 minute walk or a 5-minute bike/e-scooter ride.
MetroBike & E-Scooters: CapMetro Bike Share stations and electric scooters (Lime/Bird) are widely available throughout the neighborhood.
Public Transit: CapMetro bus routes (including high-frequency lines along South 1st and South Congress) connect directly to Downtown, UT Campus, and the Airport.

If there's any extra trash that doesn’t fit in the bins (which can sometimes happen after gatherings), it may need to be removed separately, and there could be an additional charge. To help avoid any extra fees, we kindly ask that all trash fits securely inside the provided bins.

Please ensure that all waste is disposed of in the correct bins. Placing trash in recycling or compost containers will result in a fine to cover the cost of a haul-off.
Please be advised that the mailbox is strictly for the owner's access only. Kindly make alternative arrangements for receiving your mail.

Please note that propane is provided as a courtesy for guest use; however, refilling the propane tank is not the responsibility of the host. If the tank runs out during your stay, guests may choose to exchange or refill it at their own convenience.
