Prominently featured at the front of the home and framed through the entry window, it offers your first glimpse into a residence where art, modern design, and nature are all part of the experience. Throughout the home, design-forward furnishings from Design Within Reach (DWR) were thoughtfully selected for their clean modern lines, craftsmanship, and comfort—with Farber’s The Diver also featured in the collection, continuing the playful, sculptural character of the house.

Beyond the design, The Pear House opens to a remarkably private setting. The private pool and outdoor living spaces overlook a lush greenbelt, creating the feeling of a secluded retreat while still being just minutes from the pulse of Central Austin. Property Boundaries: To preserve the tiered landscaping, the gated section marked "NO ENTRY" and the farthest portion of the yard remain off-limits to guests
