Spacious Austin Estate w Game Lounge & Pool

Welcome to The Pear House, your ultimate Austin sanctuary! Seamlessly blending contemporary architecture, mid-century art, and warm, inviting comfort, this state-of-the-art multi-level estate is fully equipped with everything you need for an unforgettable stay.

Affectionately named The Pear House, the home takes its name from The Pear, a distinctive sculpture by mid-century designer and artist Hy Farber. Prominently featured at the front of the home and framed through the entry window, it offers your first glimpse into a residence where art, modern design, and nature are all part of the experience. Throughout the home, design-forward furnishings from Design Within Reach (DWR) were thoughtfully selected for their clean modern lines, craftsmanship, and comfort—with Farber’s The Diver also featured in the collection, continuing the playful, sculptural character of the house.

Beyond the design, The Pear House opens to a remarkably private setting. The private pool and outdoor living spaces overlook a lush greenbelt, creating the feeling of a secluded retreat while still being just minutes from the pulse of Central Austin. Designed specifically for large family gatherings, executive retreats, and celebration groups, the home features two sprawling levels, two full media/entertainment lounges, a high-end game room, and generous 4-car off-street parking tucked into a serene, tree-lined neighborhood.

The Pear House is where art, modern design, and nature come together, private, peaceful, and distinctly Austin.
